This is a very easy to use plug and play type of RFID reader. This is a low frequency reader it works on 125 KHz frequency and has serial i.e. RS232 output. So it can be directly interfaced to computer. You can easily interface to any microcontroller using MAX232 IC.

It is a compact unit with built in antenna. And can be powered using external adapter of 8-12V AC/DC.

You can use it for various applications like Attendance System, access control, inventory tracking, car immobilization, etc
